OCCCC offer Construction Contracting Clients an estimating service for the Building and Civil Engineering Sectors of the Construction Industry.

OCCCC caters for a variety of Client requirements such as a once off project estimate supplementing existing resources or for clients who have on ongoing requirement.

Our Principal has been trained as a construction estimator and possesses the requisite core skills to accurately estimate the cost of Construction Projects.  

The Practice is a Registered BUILDSOFT user.

Brian M. O’Connor was trained as a Civil Engineering Estimator while in the employ of Uniform Construction Limited and bid major Sewerage Treatment Schemes, Pipelines and Roadworks on behalf of the Company.

His expertise in the estimating field was further enhanced over a number of years  through self-education and through experience of pricing and securing Building and Civil Engineering Works for both Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors.

Brian M. O’Connor has been employed by large Irish Civil Engineering Contractors and Sub-Contractors to price and bid Civil Engineering Works in a competitive environment and has been successful in winning prestigious contracts for his Clients.

Mr. O’Connor has also successfully won Building Contracts for his clients through the use of operational and unit rate estimating techniques and has availed of his detailed tender rate breakdown analysis at post-contract stage, to support Client’s claims for additional payment in cases of instructed variations and unforeseen circumstances.
